Terms of Service

By joining the Hushr waitlist at hushr.me, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not submit the form. These terms apply to the pre-launch waitlist phase; separate terms will govern the full Hushr platform when it launches.

You must be a currently enrolled college student in India (or a recent graduate within 12 months of completion) to join the waitlist. You must be at least 17 years of age. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your waitlist entry is identified by your email address. You are responsible for providing an accurate, functioning email. We use your email for transactional communications only (welcome, referral notifications, launch updates). We do not send marketing spam.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@hushr.me. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Hushr provides a referral system that lets you share a unique link. When someone joins through your link, both parties may receive priority positioning and badges. The referral system is subject to these rules:

• One referral per unique email address. Duplicate or fake signups do not count.
• Self-referral (using your own link to sign up a second account) is prohibited.
• Badges and position boosts are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
• We reserve the right to revoke badges and priority for abusive referral behaviour (spam, bots, sock-puppet accounts).

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Automate signups or use bots to manipulate the waitlist or referral system.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, captcha, or other security measures.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any waitlist entry at our discretion in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or behaviour that compromises system integrity, security, or the fairness of the waitlist. Removal is final and does not create any right to refund, compensation, or reinstatement.

All content, design, code, and branding of Hushr are the property of the Hushr team and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The waitlist does not guarantee access to the Hushr platform, any specific timeline, or feature availability. Participation does not create any entitlement or contractual right to access. Position numbers and badges are informational only and may change as the product evolves. We reserve the right to modify the waitlist mechanics, badge system, or launch criteria at any time.

Hushr is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist or reliance on any information provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
